1. Scope of Work & Agreements
All lawn mowing, bush & hedge trimming, mulch installation, yard cleanup, small tree trimming, and seasonal property maintenance services performed by Richy & Sheila Landscaping are governed by written service agreements signed prior to work onset.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every lawn mowing, trimming, mulching, and cleanup service we perform. If you are not satisfied with any visit, contact us and we will return to make it right.
3. Fully Insured Service
Richy & Sheila Landscaping carries full liability insurance for both residential and commercial properties, giving you complete peace of mind on every service visit.
4. Payment Terms & Schedule
Major hardscape projects require a 30% initial deposit upon contract execution, 40% upon construction milestone, and the final 30% upon client walkthrough approval.
